Our inspectors use professional-grade equipment including FLIR thermal imaging cameras, digital hygrometers, pin and pinless moisture meters, electrical testers, and high-powered inspection lighting. These tools allow us to detect issues invisible to the naked eye.
We are completely independent. We don't sell repairs or maintenance services. Our only interest is giving you an honest, unbiased assessment of your property's condition. If we find an issue, we report it and recommend trusted professionals — but we never profit from the repair.
Summer Watch is a 4-month package (June to September) designed for property owners who travel during the UAE's hottest months. These are the most critical months for unoccupied properties — extreme heat, humidity spikes and AC strain can cause serious damage if left unchecked.
No. Most of our clients are overseas or simply prefer not to be involved. We manage key access securely and carry out inspections discreetly. You receive your full report through the Aegis app within 24 hours.
We document the issue with photographs and diagnostic data, then notify you immediately through the app. For urgent matters, we contact you directly. We can recommend trusted contractors and, if authorised, coordinate the repair on your behalf.
Year-Round packages are available on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions offer a saving equivalent to two free months. Summer Watch is a fixed 4-month package. There are no hidden fees or lock-in penalties.
We cover apartments, townhouses and villas across the UAE. Each property type has its own pricing tier to reflect the scope and duration of the inspection required.
